DET: DETENTION滞箱费
FREETIME: （额外）免费使用期

1.出口滞箱费适用范围：
1)针对所有出口提单启运地为美国境内的集装箱。
2)滞箱费适用范围包括：从发货人实际提箱日起，到归还集装箱于承运人指定场地之日为止。

2.出口滞箱费计算规则：
1)承运人对滞箱费不予信用账期；
2)承运人对滞箱费以美元计费；
3)承运人对滞箱费计算从发货人实际提箱日起，到归还集装箱于承运人指定场地之日为止
4)如果由于承运人指定场地（港口、码头或内陆点铁路站）的客观原因（包括天灾等），导致指定集装箱无法及时归还，承运人同意滞箱费以码头公布的最早可归还日进行减免，具体情况以实际码头或铁路站公布信息为准；
5)承运人公布的滞箱费费率所涉及的工作日（商业日）计算，不包括周六、周日及公共假日；
6)承运人公布的滞箱费费率所涉及的日历日计算，包括周六、周日及公共假日。

3.额外免费期申请：
1)基于承运人已经公布的美国出口集装箱滞箱费免费期，发货人对可以申请额外免费使用期；
2)发货人应当于提取空箱前向承运人提出书面申请，获得承运人书面确认后方可生效。

4.争议处理：
1)发货人对于承运人（或其指定代理人：包括码头和船代）计算收取的滞箱费金额有争议的，应当在滞箱费发票签发后30日历日内，以书面形式向承运人相关D/D负责人提出申诉，附上相关证据，包括但不限于：
    a)相关滞箱费或滞期费发票，箱号，货物编号（订舱号或提单号），
    争议理由，例如：
        i.免费期计算错误（应当附上承运人的额外免费使用期确认或相关文件证明）
        ii.费率计算错误（应当附上正确费率或相关文件证明）
        iii.日期计算错误（应当附上相应集装箱进出场证明）
        iv.其他原因（应当列明具体信息及相关文件证明）
2)承运人相关D/D负责人：Mr.Parker Zhu, (usadd@bal.cn)
3)承运人相关D/D负责人会在收到争议申诉后5个工作日内给与明确的答复或者解决方案。

Remark 1*
1.1. DEFINITION— IMPORT//DEMURRAGE & DETENTION : From the day of container unloading from the vessel till the day of container returning to the site designated by the carrier
1.2. DEFINITION— EXPORT//DEMURRAGE & DETENTION: From the day when the shipper actually picks up the container, until the day of the cut off time of the booking;
1.3. NO FREE TIME for container which is released empty and later re-delivered empty (i.e. empty to empty) without an export shipment,no matter if free time provisions are filed in service contracts or in this tariff
1.4. IF the container failed to returning to the site designated by the carrier ,a penalty as $500 / TEU will be charged in addition to the tariff

Remark 2*
2.1. FOR LIVE REEFERS: The following tariff is not applicable to any charges that may be incurred by live reefers, including but not limited to power supply and plug in/out, etc.
2.2. NOR= Non Operating reefer; Special Container=Flat Rack, Open Top, Tank
2.3. WD=WORKING DAY; CD=CALENDA DAY ;
2.4. CURRENCY=USD
